45. Offer free delivery
Many studies show that customers are far more willing to buy a product that is offered with free delivery. (source) This is an attractive and interesting way to encourage customers to buy your product, and a great message to include in your store’s ads. You can also offer free shipping on condition that the order exceeds a certain amount (e.g. over $100). Often such an offer causes customers to buy more and more expensive items to reach the free delivery limit).

Example: Offer free delivery and put this information in prominent places on your site, especially in the price and order data of each product. Use the slogan “free delivery” in your business ads to attract more customers. Also mention it on social media.

49. Contact & call your potential clients
For many businesses, it is not enough to promote their products or services, but something more is needed. Sometimes it’s you as a company that has to take the first step to encourage a customer to buy. In some situations, it’s a good idea to make a phone call, or contact the customer in some other way (such as email). This is advisable, for example, when a customer has tried to contact you, or when they regularly read your newsletter, or when they regularly engage with your brand on social media.

Even the best marketing tactics and promotions are not enough when the product itself is not good enough. That’s why it’s incredibly important to offer a product that is as good as possible, of the best possible quality, tailored to the customer’s needs, logically and intuitively made, durable and also visually appealing and easy to use.

Example: Conduct an in-depth analysis of possible improvements your product or service needs. Analyze the feedback of users, carefully analyze what people like the most and what they have a negative opinion about. Consider whether and how you can improve the production process, see how you can better educate and train your employees, and consider whether you can make your product more efficient.
